I’ve been moving in SLOW motion today…ha! It must be the weather! Any who….today basically everyone (including myself) couldn’t help but to jump on the “Who Ran It” bandwagon. Thanks in part to Rihanna & Paris Hilton…who both obviously have the same taste in Alexander Wang. Crazy enough…Paris Hilton’s choice in evening attire is ten times better than her casual attire (go figure!). And here comes everyone’s favorite celebrity…Ms. Rihanna who’s sense of style has been given a superior boost thanks to her mystery stylist. So today’s Trend Face-Off is the battle of the “Wang” – (Alexander Wang’s Corset Dress) which comes with a power punch of a price tag. Try $795 to be exact….before the taxes! It’s Tuesday….and you ladies know what that means! It’s all about the “Tuesday Sneaker Picks”. And I’ve been scanning some of the latest kicks from afar…but nothing has really jumped out and caught my full attention. That was until this morning when my beady little brown eyes pierced in on a pair of Nike Women’s Air Force 1 Premiums via Atmos. A slick all black colorway paired against white polka dot print & white swoosh definitely makes a difference. Let’s be real…who wears an all black sneaker during the summer months? Sorry ladies for the sporadic posts….I’ve been so busy as of late with upcoming life changing plans that your girl can’t even think straight. But when I am thinking straight, I am usually browsing around on my favorite reads. So my favorite blogger on planet earth Bryan Boy, featured an interesting post in regards to Tom Binns’ latest novelty piece, which was quickly yanked off of Colette. And it came in the form of what looked to be a Chanel J12 watch. Only having the Chanel insignia scribbled out and having “Tom Binns!” printed above…only leaving me scratching my head! Wondering…why in the world would such a super creative designer such as Tom Binns even take it there? Bad enough…luxury brands are battling counterfeiters & trademark infringing fiends on a mission to make a quick buck on the regular – the question of “WHY?” constantly sets off in my head. …

Yeah, I know the summer hasn’t even hit yet and I already am fast forwarding right into the fall months of September & October. Just when we re getting comfortable with the idea of summer…right? Exactly! But no worries here, this is just a reminder that the summer months always tend to breeze by. This coming September & October, H&M has really played the field on creating very high-end looks at affordable price points. We can look forward to seeing athletic footwear, along with an arrange of shoes…and yes trendy gear & accessories.
