Graphically Influenced – (Trend Files #067)

Let’s face it, graphic prints play a heavy roll in fashion. Whether it be found on a mere T-shirt, or on a pair of pants you’d better be ready to gather your on how to blend this seasons collection of digitally inspired graphic print pieces into your spring wardrobe. I think what I love about graphic prints most is that it can either make or break your entire look. For example, Tie-Dye has been making a reoccurring appearance…and you ladies know how I feel about anything Tie Dyed. It’s addictive and flattering to pretty much any ensemble. Ok, so let’s get back to the center of today’s topic. The good thing about graphic pieces is that you can minimize on over accessorizing your look. Statement shoes & a clean basic accessories always come in handy. Ok, so what if you’re not into that “digital” look for this spring, think 80’s vintage graphic patterns. Marc Jacobs gave many of us a good example of how to play around Afrocentric styled graphic prints which were found throughout his spring 2010 collection.
