I love Fafi! I was lucky enough to interview the famed artist a few months ago, only to realize that I love her just as much as I love her artistic style. Coming this October, the Parisian artist will be debuting her third collaboration with adidas Originals. The collection will be featured in two sets, one for the winter and another for the summer of 2010. Fafi managed all of the graphics, as well as designed pieces with the Adidas team. The collection features inspiration from Fafi’s own way of dressing, along with her trips across the globe. Five pairs of sneakers will be featured within the collection – and Fafi gave us the sneak peak as to what to look for come next October. I’m pretty stoked on seeing the rest of the collection, I definitely adore Fafi & everything she does! Check out the larger picture …

Sorry for the lack of posts this week ladies….it has been hectic! The rain has got me stuck on neutral mode as of late. It was to the point where I would get up…stare at my screen and literally tap out. But it’s Friday…which means PAY DAY! I swear, before I used to do this whole blogging thing…I appreciated having a regular nine-to-five job. After damn near killing myself working overnight, I used to stay at work an hour or two later until my favorite sneaker spots opened up just to burn my cash…right down to the bone. With that same notion in mind…I continue on the trend heavily…so much so, I really realized that my space within my closet is getting pretty limited. But will that stop me from being a pack rat? Alright, I normally get hyped by the warm weather. And while the sun has been playing games for the past two days, I naturally play my favorite pre-summer time tunes via my iPod – only to think of the sweltering days ahead. And while most of us just kick of the shoes, and replace them with flip-flops…there are some (like myself)…who totally get annoyed by the summer dirt that kicks up on the back of our heels thanks to the flip-flop syndrome. As though we could complain about collaborations….we can’t! Especially if it comes in the form of Comme des Garçons. PLAY Comme des Garçons has teamed up with Converse to help revamp the look of the iconic Chuck Taylor All Star sneaker….on a high price level of course! Featuring four different styles of both high-top and low-top silhouettes, all for sneakers don black & off-white colorways. And of course each sneaker features the iconic PLAY Comme des Garçons heart logo on the side panel. I can’t front…I would buy them…If they were on sale! Check out the stats after the jump!

It’s Thursday….the day before PAY DAY for most! And you ladies know what that means? Usually shopping. I’ve been keeping track of some interesting sneakers out for us ladies….and you already know that I am in a set zone when it comes down to kicks. This season features tons of variation. Metallics, spring-time vibrant hues, and the oh-so girlie printed graphics….but how is a girl to decide? Thanks to Sneaker News, I’ve got my eyes pressed for a pair of Nike WMNS Air Max 1′s in a sleek Metallic Silver / Turquoise colorway. I need those like right now! Not to mention I am definitely feeling the Puma first Round’s in a city slick colorway of High Risk Red – which is currently available via SneakersNStuff.com – UGH….I think that it’s about that time to really get cracking on my own personal list of “must-buys”.
