It’s another season of what to buy…this time for your nails! Like I am one that should talk…I don’t even sport nail polish on my fingers. But as far as my feet go…I will slap cash down on various colors of nail enamel. It’s really that serious in my apartment. I already have a leopard print box filled with nail polish. Which reminds me that I need to get rid of a few bottles…but that only makes more space for new colors in my collection. I swear, I think that I’ve spent more time looking at women’s feet in the last two weeks saying, “Damn I love that color” – and find myself jotting footnotes on used napkins within my pocket book. OMG…before anyone gives me the third degree – please note that I will surely stick by my love for all things Tie Dye. My obsession has lasted since I was a teenager….and now that I am one foot closer to the grave, I think that my obsession has worsen. Oh gosh..do you ladies remember when MIU MIU featured Tie-Dye on a few satchel pieces back in 2006? If so, then you already know that it was definitely a wrap for me! And with the summer almost here…my eyes have been heavily glued to a few goodies via American Apparel. And if you know me well…you would know that I am a “basics” type of  girl all the way through. I love Fafi! I was lucky enough to interview the famed artist a few months ago, only to realize that I love her just as much as I love her artistic style. Coming this October, the Parisian artist will be debuting her third collaboration with adidas Originals. The collection will be featured in two sets, one for the winter and another for the summer of 2010. Fafi managed all of the graphics, as well as designed pieces with the Adidas team. The collection features inspiration from Fafi’s own way of dressing, along with her trips across the globe. Five pairs of sneakers will be featured within the collection – and Fafi gave us the sneak peak as to what to look for come next October. I’m pretty stoked on seeing the rest of the collection, I definitely adore Fafi & everything she does! Check out the larger picture …

Ok, so last summer the internet & street went crazy over the gladiator sandal. Which (believe it or not) is back on the scene on a more subtle note. Nothing too extravagant….with the exception of a few studded pieces here and there. I think that I will create another post later this week sometime trekking back on last seasons trend.
